Support first. Growth follows.

I offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin building the kind of support that makes change possible. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore, therapy can be a place to stabilize, reflect, and grow.

About

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults navigating mental health challenges, substance use, and trauma, as well as those looking for neurodiversity-affirming care. I’m also a neurodivergent therapist, and I support people experiencing burnout, overwhelm, and feeling stuck by helping you better understand your needs and find realistic ways to meet them. I believe change happens when there’s enough support and understanding in place first, so my approach is steady, collaborative, and focused on what actually works in your day-to-day life. I offer therapy that is non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and paced to meet you where you are.
